About Target Time Defense

Target Time is a local small business with two locations, Blue Springs and Higginsville Missouri, just to the East of the Greater Metropolitan Kansas City Area. Both locations are owned and operated by a United States Marine Corps veteran and has a small staff of dedicated, educated, honest team members who all love to serve their community and advance the positive aspects of the 2nd Amendment industry. All of our employees have a background in military, law enforcement, EMS, medical, or emergency/survival service. Safety is always the most important thing we do in any of our facilities, followed closely by security, sustainability, and compliance. We love what we do, and every action allows us to continue to keep doing it. Target Time staff are low pressure and not commissioned sales personnel. We are all on the same team, your team. We prefer to assist and responsibly educate our clients to enable them to make their own choices, without chasing people around trying to convince them to buy the latest most expensive item. Running a lean team helps us keep our prices down, but also often means that we are keeping busy with the regular daily tasks of running a business. Of course customers always come first, so don’t ever hesitate to ask for assistance if we have our nose buried in a routine task. We are here to help with all of your firearms needs. We don’t always know everything, but we are always willing to learn, from other team members, industry experts, and frequently even from our clients. Even if you aren’t necessarily looking to buy something, the Target Time range, decor, and friendly environment are always a good place to visit. Whether you’ve never owned a gun, or if you have hundreds, we usually have something different and fun for you look at.

All Target Time locations will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day, and will close at 5pm Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. Other holidays and special events will vary. Always best to call ahead if there is any question.
